Kurogane

Hiroto Kurogane is a high school student who excels in academics but is painfully weak at physical activities. Born with little strength, speed, or stamina, he dreams of becoming a hero. His exceptional eyesight lets him follow sports better than anyone else, but his body cannot keep up with what he sees. When his friend Shiratori invites him to join the kendo team, Hiroto hears a rumor about Tojo Sayuri, a ghost who wields a katana and haunts a city alley. He finds Sayuri there, still seeking a successor for her Sakura sword style after 150 years. After Hiroto dodges her attack, she chooses him and makes him learn the style. With the ancient swordswoman’s help, he must overcome his poor coordination to pursue his dream.
