Level 1 with S-rank Drop Rate is the Strongest

After dying from overwork at a dark organization, Ryota Satou is resurrected in another world. His level is fixed at 1, leaving him unable to grow stronger through ordinary means. Ryota does, however, possess a unique aptitude that lets him obtain extraordinary items from monsters. With ability-boosting items, he maxes out his stats and gathers weapons and equipment that only he can use. Though he remains at level 1, his gear makes him exceptionally powerful.
