Maou-sama no Machizukuri! ~Saikyou no Danjon wa Kindai Toshi~

Demon Lords create labyrinths and command monsters or evil spirits, using their unique skills to draw people in and feed on their despair. Procell, the Creation Demon Lord, chooses a different purpose for his power. Rather than build a sinister maze to torment visitors, Procell decides to sustain himself on people’s hopes. He sets out to create a happy town in place of a poisonous dungeon, turning his domain into a modern city.
