Marvelous Melmo

Melmo can change her age with magical candies left to her by her mother, who dies in a traffic accident. Left to care for her younger brother, Totoo, Melmo receives the candies through her mother’s plea to God from heaven. A blue candy makes Melmo ten years older, allowing her to become any kind of adult she chooses; a red candy makes her ten years younger. She uses the candies to take on disguises such as a nurse, schoolteacher, and policewoman, helping her and Totoo overcome the troubles they face.
