As two nearby schools prepare to merge into a co-ed school, Uryuu Shingo is selected to attend the all-girls school as a test student. On his first day, he finds that many students oppose the change, especially Seno Airi, who refuses to welcome him. Some of Shingo’s new classmates are friendlier, but Airi has considerable influence over the others. Shingo already knows her: he once helped Airi and his little sister after they got lost. At the time, Airi seemed to like him, unaware that he would soon become her male classmate. Now Shingo hopes to win over Airi and get along with his other classmates.
