Mofumofu to Isekai Bouken Meshi

Company employee Sano Jyu often feels overheated because of his weak constitution. After collapsing during a feverish episode in a busy season, he meets a goddess who explains that he was mistakenly born on a world without magic, despite possessing magical power. That power is the cause of his recurring fever. With the goddess’s help, Jyu is reincarnated in another world with a healthier body and greater magical strength than anyone else. He begins a second life as an explorer, accompanied by a fabled magical beast that hatches from an egg given to him.
