moon knight 2021

Moon Knight is a six-episode Marvel Studios series on Disney+ (2022) starring Oscar Isaac. Steven Grant, a timid London gift shop worker, keeps losing time and waking up in places he doesn’t remember. He discovers he shares his mind with Marc Spector, a hardened mercenary, and that both are bound to Khonshu, an Egyptian moon god who makes them his avatar, Moon Knight. As they get pulled into a war between gods, with cult leader Arthur Harrow (Ethan Hawke) trying to unleash the goddess Ammit, Steven and Marc have to confront the trauma that split them apart. The show mixes superhero action, Egyptian mythology and psychological drama.
