Neon Genesis Evangelion Gakuen Datenroku

Shinji Ikari attends NERV Foundation Academy, a Catholic school where his peaceful days feel dull. One night, he sees Rei Ayanami, the girl he loves, and an unfamiliar boy fleeing the site of a violent explosion. There, Shinji discovers a strange gem called a Core. Soon afterward, the boy, transfer student Kaworu Nagisa, arrives at the academy. Shinji is forcibly recruited to join Rei, Kaworu, and Asuka Soryuu Langely in fighting the Angels, beings bent on destroying Earth. This story uses familiar Neon Genesis Evangelion characters in a different setting and with a different story.
