A junior high student and paranormal investigator takes on a series of mysterious deaths by fire. Shirogane, an officer with the PSI (Paranormal Special Investigator) organization, investigates after several high school students are burned to death in places where water is present. When Shirogane questions a possible suspect, Kirisaki Kirio, she discovers that he has the ability to generate electricity. As she works through the case, she begins to uncover more about the strange phenomenon behind the murders.
