Pretty Face

Self-centered karate star Randoh Masashi wakes from a coma to discover that his face has been reconstructed to look like the girl he has a crush on. A year earlier, a horrific bus accident left him with severe burns and his face badly disfigured. Genius plastic surgeon Dr. Manabe saved Randoh’s life and rebuilt his face using a photograph found in the wreckage. The doctor’s reference, however, was not a picture of Randoh: it was a photo of Rina Kurimi, the girl Randoh likes.
