RahXephon

A mysterious orb cuts Tokyo off from the outside world, leaving its inhabitants unaware of what has happened to them. The isolated city is renamed Tokyo Jupiter, and all forms of communication are severed. The United Nations joins with TERRA, a special organization formed to free Tokyo from the otherworldly MU, who are responsible for the city’s capture. Their mission is to liberate Tokyo Jupiter from MU control.
