In 1955, seven teenagers—Anchan, Joe, Mario, Suppon, Baremoto, Biceps, and Cauliflower—are confined together in a cell at the Shio reformatory. They must learn to live alongside one another in a place marked by suffering and humiliation. As they endure the harshness of their incarceration, the boys wait for a glimmer of hope in their dark world, like a rainbow appearing after the rain.
