Scryed

A mysterious seismic event tears the Yokohama district from Japan and lifts it high into the sky, leaving the former metropolis isolated. In the years that follow, some children born there develop extraordinary abilities shaped by their personalities. These people, known as Alters, help turn the new world into a chaotic wasteland. Kazuma, a powerful Alter concerned mainly with protecting himself and Kanami, an orphan girl, distrusts both camps. He does not realize he may hold the key to peaceful coexistence.
