After returning to Korea from England after six years, In-woo is greeted by his young wife, Song Hae-in, with a request for a divorce. He calmly fills out the papers, just as he did when they married. They have one month left together as a couple, a time In-woo expects them to use to sort through feelings they have kept to themselves. Hae-in, however, is determined to do her best during that month and repay the kindness she has received. She explains that she promised her late father she would be a helpful person to her brother. As the two meet again after a long separation, they must face what each of them feels.
