Soredemo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru

Ayumu Tanaka joins the shogi club to get closer to Urushi Yaotome, its only other member. He has feelings for her but refuses to confess until he can defeat her at shogi. Urushi, who is both Ayumu’s clubmate and his senpai, sees through his determination to hide his feelings. As the two spend time together around the shogi board, Ayumu keeps trying to win, while Urushi waits for him to admit what she already suspects.
