Student Council for Two

With too few members to fill the student council’s positions, middle schooler Seishirou Watari takes on most of the jobs himself. He serves as president, secretary, treasurer, and general affairs officer. His only fellow council member is vice president Ryouko Mizutani. Together, the two of them try to manage the council with the little they have—and make do as a team of just two.
