The Mad Dog

In Country H, a bullied high school student is sent to a juvenile reformatory after retaliating against the boy whose dog killed his beloved pet. A revised Juvenile Law sends underage offenders to the facility instead of imposing its maximum penalty of life imprisonment, but the nominal punishment has coincided with a rise in juvenile crime and bullying. Inside the reformatory, Gen Amamori is at the bottom of its hierarchy and faces constant violence. A chance encounter brings him under the wing of Seiya Kojo, the facility’s strongest man. In a place where violence is the only law, Gen struggles to survive and climb up from the bottom.
