The Turn-Bound Mage

After starting the final difficulty of the game Abyss of the Labyrinth, a player finds himself inside its world as an “Otherworld Possessor.” The character he inhabits is a criminal who has been turned into a slave. Whenever he faces a crisis, a magical ability called the Turn-Bound Hourglass freezes time for 60 seconds. Unsure whether a developer or a god sent him there, he resolves to survive as a turn-bound mage.
