Jawun-yeop, a servant in the Seol family, admires the upright Seolsu Beom, whose character stands in sharp contrast to the foolish head of the household and his mistress, Chang Sanmi. After Jawun-yeop is caught stealing and disgraced, he helps Seolsu Beom oppose Chang Sanmi’s scheme. Seeking revenge, Seolsu Beom sets out to become stronger, while Jawun-yeop leaves the family to pursue his own path. Through mystical methods and distinctive martial arts, Jawun-yeop grows into a master and draws closer to uncovering the plot surrounding the Kamseuk Seol House. When the two meet again, Jawun-yeop is astonished by Seolsu Beom’s swordsmanship and discovers that the man he once criticized now follows the path of martial arts.
