The Women Who Loved Me

Hangyeol, a boyish-looking young woman popular with other girls, discovers that her easygoing manner can seem frustratingly passive. She has long believed she is simply accommodating to avoid conflict, until a best friend’s backbiting makes her question how others see her. After a disastrous attempt to become an “ordinary girl” at college, Hangyeol joins a film club and meets a group of eccentric women, each carrying a personal void. As they lean on her as both an emotional dumping ground and a mental anchor, Hangyeol’s coming-of-age story follows her search for her true self.
