Tou no Kanri o Shite Miyou

After being killed by a truck, Kosuke finds himself in a nursery, where two young women offer him a choice: be revived or travel to another world. He chooses the other world and encounters the same women, who were created by the nursery’s proprietor to help him uncover the world’s secret: a prison tower. Kosuke’s task is to become the tower’s proprietor and manage it. As he takes on this role, he works alongside the two women to investigate the mystery surrounding the tower and the world.
