Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru!

After her mother’s death, Misha Takanashi withdraws from the outside world. Her father hires maids to look after her and manage the household while he is busy with work, but Misha dismisses them all except one: Kamoi Tsubame, a former JSDF master sergeant who refuses to be put off by Misha’s attempts to push her away. Taken with Misha, Tsubame makes it her mission to win the girl’s trust—and perhaps persuade her to wear the beautiful clothes she makes. Though she usually means well, Tsubame’s efforts to get closer to Misha often go too far, landing her in strange situations and leaving Misha exasperated. Misha must work out how to deal with her relentlessly overbearing maid.
