Ultimate Hentai Kamen

Kyousuke wants to become a police officer, and his strong sense of right and wrong drives him to help people in need. When he rescues a girl from bullies, the two develop feelings for each other. Later, Kyousuke has to save her again. This time, a pair of women’s panties pulled over his head gives him superhuman strength, fueled by his arousal. His unusual transformation makes him a very different kind of hero, though the story is not hentai.
