Yomuin-san wa Yuusha ja Arimasenno de

A school janitor is summoned with dozens of students and teachers to a dangerous world of magic and creatures, but he is not recognized as a hero. The others gain powers drawn from their souls, while the janitor receives none; just as he is about to be granted a power that could protect him, an arrogant student takes it away. At 25, the janitor has already faced rejection in his old life: after graduating from a low-ranked university, he struggles to find work and spends two years as a contractor earning less than ¥120,000 a month. Now cast into a world that rejects him too, he tells a sympathetic goddess what he hopes she will give him.
