Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san

Fuyuzora Kogarashi can see spirits and has been plagued by them since childhood, disrupting his life. Now able to fight back against troublesome apparitions, he is still broke and homeless, hoping to find a happier, more ordinary high-school life. He takes a cheap room at Yuragi-sou, a former hot-spring inn made affordable by its ghost: Yuna, a 16-year-old girl whose body was found there. Kogarashi initially expects to exorcise her, but when he learns she is not dangerous, he agrees to help her resolve her unfinished business so she can pass on before becoming evil and falling into hell. As he grows close to Yuna, the other residents reveal their own unusual secrets, and life at Yuragi-sou proves anything but ordinary.
