Roji, a handyman at the countryside inn Yadorigi, secretly uses the alchemy he mastered in a previous life to help the inn’s three sisters. He works there out of gratitude to the late benefactor who once gave him a home. When a storm destroys Roji’s own dilapidated house, the sisters invite him to live at the inn. He begins sharing a roof with the dependable eldest sister, the reserved middle sister, and the carefree youngest, while continuing his work as an unusually capable but unsuspecting handyman.
