Zennou no Noa

In 2038, a white light over central Tokyo erases the memories of more than a million people, and no cause or cure is found. The government creates an isolated city beneath Tokyo to care for those affected, calling them “KIDz.” Regardless of their age, they must relearn everything they once knew. Noa Ikurumi lives in this secluded society, taking each day as it comes and hoping to return to the outside world. His life changes when a terrorist takes him hostage and reveals surprising information about Noa’s identity.
